libhttp-request-ascgi-perl software package provides module to setup a CGI environment from a HTTP::Request, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libhttp-request-ascgi-perl
libhttp-request-ascgi-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libhttp-request-ascgi-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libhttp-request-ascgi-perl *
You will get with libhttp-request-ascgi-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
